What you need
These are the usual requirements. We confirm the final list when you book.
- Only the booker’s ID and trip details (date, pick-up time, location, destination) are needed.
- Costs such as fuel, tolls, parking and the driver’s meals/lodging for out-of-town trips are explained in the quote.
- A booking is confirmed once we confirm it. Down-payment and cancellation terms are stated at booking.
- Using the car beyond the agreed rental period may incur an additional charge.

Frequently asked questions
How many hours does a daily hire include?
Daily hires are charged per time block, for example 12 hours. The block for each car is shown on our rates page or in your quote.
Does the driver speak English?
Let us know your preferred language when you book and we will do our best to arrange a suitable driver. Basic communication can also be handled through us on WhatsApp.
Are fuel and tolls included?
It depends on the package. Every quote lists what is and is not included, so there are no surprises.
Can the driver take us on a multi-day trip?
Yes, for example Medan – Berastagi – Lake Toba over two or three days. The driver’s meals and lodging for overnight trips are stated in the quote.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Yes. Tell us how many children are travelling and whether you need a child seat, and we will check availability.
