What affects the price?
- Car type
- Larger MPVs, SUVs and minibuses usually cost more than compact cars.
- With driver or self-drive
- A driver adds to the cost, but you skip navigation, parking and fatigue.
- Duration
- Rates are charged per time block (e.g. 12 or 24 hours). Longer rentals are quoted separately.
- Route
- Out-of-town trips such as Lake Toba or Berastagi may add fuel, tolls, ferry fees and the driver’s lodging.
- Season
- Demand rises during holidays, so book early.
What is included?
Every quote lists exactly what is included (for example fuel, tolls, parking, driver) and what is not, so you can compare fairly before deciding.

Why are some prices not listed?
We only publish confirmed prices. For anything not listed, we send the latest rate on WhatsApp based on your dates and route.
Can I pay in Malaysian ringgit or by card?
Accepted payment methods are confirmed when you book. Rates are quoted in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
Are there extra charges if I go over the rental time?
Overtime may be charged as agreed. We state the amount in your quote so it is clear from the start.
Do prices change during holidays?
They can. Demand is high during long holidays, so book early to secure a car.
